- Calendar integration and scheduling
- Custom branded estimator tools
- Email notifications and client management
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

One-Time Setup Fee: $497 (charged upon service activation)

Payment terms include:
- Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month
- Setup fee is charged once upon service activation
- All fees are processed through Stripe, our payment processor
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
5. Cancellation and Termination

30 Days Written Notice Required: To cancel your service, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Email your cancellation request to info@quotetobook.com.
Termination details:
- Service continues through the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portion of monthly service
- We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuoteToBook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuoteToBook, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
